Most of the wifi here has been 1 to 10% as fast as in the US. After struggling with it for a couple hours this morning, we went to a cafe where the speed was up to 50% as fast.
We booked a Holiday Inn in Dar Es Salaam. I was able to use two $50 United credit card rewards to bring the cost to half price.
